Vinyasa Flow

Classes will include dynamic and fun sequences to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Open to yogis of all levels, modifications will be offered to make postures easier or more challenging throughout the class.

Pregnant women from 12 weeks onwards with an existing yoga practise are welcome to attend this class.

Don’t know your happy babies from your warriors....don’t fear! This class is designed to introduce new yogis to the fundamentals of yoga, so in time you can confidently attend any open class.

Postnatal PILATEs (with baby)

This class will focus on getting you back in to exercise safely by realigning your posture, restoring your core and building strength to help with the physical demands of motherhood. In Postnatal Pilates the focus is on mum so we suggest bringing a toy or two to help keep your little one entertained. 

Please note that due to limited space at the studio, we encourage mums to use carriers where possible, otherwise there is space to store some fold away prams.

Pilates

Pilates improves physical strength, flexibility, and posture and can be enjoyed by students of all abilities. With it’s controlled and systematic movements, Pilates is particularly good for those recovering from injury, over coming back problems or enhancing athletic performance

Functional Pilates is a creative class, where you begin to really get to know your body, how you function as a whole and how the breath plays an important part in building stability and strength from your core. It is a challenging class that will inspire, educate and work your body, paying particular attention to the legs, bum, tummy and back.

A complimentary fusion of Yoga and Pilates inspired movements woven into a graceful flow sequence to strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility and improve posture with an overall focus on the core.

Basics Yoga

Focusing on the basic fundamentals of yoga, these classes are great for yogis of all levels, especially beginners!

Barre

Whether you’re perfecting your plié or your booty...Barre is a fun and challenging workout. Taught by professional dancers, Barre blends Ballet and Pilates and aims to strengthen and tone the legs, glutes and core.

Gentle Flow.jpg

soothing slow flow

A breath-lead and alignment focused class designed to harmonise body and mind. Soothing Slow Flow classes feature a combination of fluid, meditative movements with strengthening, steadying holds aimed at cultivating balance in the body and peace within the mind. Suitable for beginner and intermediate level students.

Yin yoga

Looking for the Yin to your Yang? Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. A deliciously relaxing but powerful practice which targets the connective tissues, bringing your body and mind to a stillness. Expect to hold relaxing poses for longer periods. All you have to do is get comfortable and let your body do the rest.

Start to turn inwards. This class is designed to demystify and explore different types of meditation, giving you an understanding of what meditation is, and helping you discover what works for you with the aim of developing a personal practice

MUM & Baby Yoga 

Mum and baby yoga is the perfect way to help postpartum recovery whilst bonding with your baby. This class is suitable for babies 6 weeks to crawling.

Please note that due to limited space at the studio, we encourage parents to use carriers where possible, otherwise there is space to store some fold away prams.

body conditioning

Body conditioning is a one hour dynamic class using weights and resistance bands to achieve a full body workout. The class is low impact so it’s suitable for all abilities. We fuse elements of Pilates and weight training to strengthen the body whilst keeping the muscles supple and lean.

Dynamic vinyasa

A faster paced, fun and challenging Vinyasa Flow class. Students can expect to sweat whilst flowing through dynamic sequences that get the heart pumping and body open. Classes are slightly stronger but open to yogis of all levels who want to challenge themselves.

children’s Yoga

Children’s Yoga classes explore movement and breath through fun and creativity. Classes aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space, so children feel free to express themselves, cultivating awareness of the body and mind. Every class finishes with a soothing relaxation, providing a moment of calm.

Suitable for children aged 5-9 years old

restorative & yoga nidra

This deeply relaxing class helps address niggling injuries and chronic pains, if you've ever been told to try yoga to help ease pain, this is the one for you. Designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. The class will finish with a guided relaxation known as Yoga Nidra, the perfect way to end the week!

Pregnant women from 12 weeks onwards with an existing yoga practise are welcome to attend this class.

PREGNANCY YOGA

This class is suitable for mums to be from 12 weeks to full term and welcomes women of all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or a practiced yogi. The class incorporates breath and movement, aiming to relieve any discomfort brought on by pregnancy, whilst gently encouraging the opening of the pelvis with postures to birth your baby. Each class will end with a delicious Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation giving you the opportunity to fully relax!

 WOMEN'S YOGA

This general level yoga class is suitable for all levels, especially beginners and open to women only. In this class we move mindfully with the breath.
