    Ecstatic Dance

    With Cher Brighton

    Monthly
    Fridays 7:30 - 8:45pm

    Upcoming dates:
    -19th April

Join Cher for her monthly Ecstatic Dance at Pause. This is an opportunity to release the tension from the day, the week, the month and all the information you are holding. Cher guides you through a free-moving meditation which encourages self-expression and discovery. It allows you to explore and express how you feel through movement.

There are no steps that you need to learn, nor any pressure to perform, so you can simply allow the body and mind into a state of flow. We use the music as a conduit to let the mind and body transcend into a state of bliss, using varied tempos, rhythms and melodic moods within the music to support the facilitators guidance and help you to connect to the river of energy flowing within you.

    We hope you can join!

As this is a monthly event, tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

  • WOMEN'S SHARING CIRCLE & SLOW FLOW

    With Yolande Diver

    Monthly
    Sundays 4 - 6 pm

    Upcoming dates:
    - April 21st
    - May 19th

Join Yolande once a month for an afternoon of respite. Expect meditation, sharing, yoga and rest.

Gathering together in a circle creates a pause in what can be a fast-paced life to feel seen, heard, held, and witnessed. Opportunities to gather and reflect on our lives and hear the stories of others, through shared space and in the community cultivates a sense of belonging and compassion in perhaps what might sometimes feel like an isolating world.

Each circle is held in a container of agreements, this is a place not to fix or offer advice but to listen. What is said in the circle stays in the circle. This space is about you, so you can engage as much or as little as you feel, you may want to be vocal or you may want to just lie down and listen. Every gathering begins with a welcoming, time to arrive and ground, as we prepare to settle in with a few moments of breath and meditation. There is no prescriptive theme to the sharing and there is plenty of space given to this time. We will then move our bodies and breathe with a nurturing yoga practice before laying down ending our time together with rest.

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath and Slow Flow

With Lydiana Abbott and Kate Stewart

    Monthly
    Fridays 7:30 - 9:30pm

    Upcoming dates:
    - 26th April
    - 17th May

Join Sound Healer, Kate Stewart and Lydiana Abbott for an evening of gentle yoga and yoga Nidra weaved together with a crystal sound bath to offer you deep nourishing rest!

Lydiana will start the evening with a slow flow yoga practice which is suitable for everyone including beginners and pre and post natal.

After the yoga flow, Lydiana will share a guided Yoga Nidra meditation while the Sound Journey begins and you surrender to the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, singing pyramid and chimes!

The sounds of the singing bowls resonate at many different healing frequencies that correspond to each of the chakras / energy centers, helping to bring about balance and harmony and remove any stagnant energy, or anything that is causing us dis-harmony.

The frequencies slow our brainwaves down, quietening down our monkey minds and allowing us to drift into a floaty dreamlike meditative state. This allows our nervous systems to rest, digest, restore and repair.

The intention of this workshop is to provide a safe space to deeply relax and to let go of what is no longer serving you.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets provided.

Comfortable loose clothing is recommended and you are welcome to bring your own eye mask.
