Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
Sunday 27th April 2025 / 3:00 - 5:00pm
Join our 'Yoga for Stress & Anxiety' workshop, designed to help you find calm, balance, and regulate the nervous system. This session focuses on gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to ease stress and manage anxiety. Suitable for all levels, you'll also receive practical tools and techniques to take away, empowering you to continue managing stress and anxiety in your daily

Slow Flow & Soundbath
28th March and 25th April / 7:30pm
Join Sami Fitz and Lydiana Abbott for a gentle and restorative evening of yoga and sound. The perfect way to end the week and reset for the weekend.
Lydiana will start the evening with a slow flow yoga practice which is suitable for everyone including beginners and pre and post natal.
After the yoga flow, Lydiana will share a guided Yoga Nidra meditation allowing you to surrender to the Sound Journey, weaving in the steady sounds of gongs, singing bowls and Sami's soothing voice.

4 Week Beginners Men's Reformer & Tower Pilates Course
Thursday 13th February - 6th March 8:30 - 9:30pm
Held at "Little Pause", our Francis Road studio, our 4-week beginners Reformer & Tower course is designed to set you up to feel confident to attend one of our Level 1 or Level 2 classes. With only 5 person capacity you can expect focused attention.
It’s perfect for men who have never tried equipment based Pilates before and those who have, but would like a refresh on some of the basic principles.

Qigong & Tai Chi Workshop

Friday Night Yin
Friday nights, twice a month 7.30 -8.30 PM
Join Kim Gichinga for our monthly 75 minute session of Yin. Yin is a practice that emphasises on deep stretches to help release physical and emotional tension from the body. With the use of props and a gentle pace, we invite you to close the working week with us and reset the body and mind.
