Located in the heart of Leyton, Pause is a small, friendly studio offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes, providing a brief respite to the demands of everyday life. Our ethos is that yoga and fitness is for everyone, and we mean it. The studio is a relaxed, inclusive environment and with smaller classes, our teachers can provide students with greater attention, making Pause the perfect space to practice, whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner.

Workshops & courses
Workshops and courses are a great way to deepen your practise or to try something completely new. As well as regular beginners yoga and pilates courses, we host one off weekend workshops hosted by the Pause team and guest teachers.
Pre & postnatal Yoga
Practicing yoga during pregnancy is a great way to bond with your unborn baby and prepare for birth. We've got classes to support you during pregnancy and beyond. Our prenatal yoga class is suitable for mums to be from 12 weeks to full term. Our postnatal and parent and baby classes provide the perfect opportunity to get our bodies moving, aiding post-partum recovery, whilst bonding with your baby.

There's never been a better time to start yoga. With the stresses and demands of everyday life ever increasing, yoga provides us with the tools to regain balance in our lives. As well as regular beginners yoga courses (see workshops & courses) many of our weekly classes are suitable for beginners including Basics, Beginners, Soothing Slow Flow, Women's Yoga, Restorative, Yin and Slow Flow & Nidra.
Hypnobirthing gives you simple, practical and logical techniques to help you enjoy your labour. Samantha Valentine runs monthly courses at PAUSE on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
