Cancellation Policy.

Our aim is to keep classes accessible, our teachers supported, and our spaces flowing.

That’s why we ask all clients to follow our 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before your class, a late cancellation fee will apply, depending on how you booked.

If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, a no-show fee applies.

We understand that life happens. But with smaller class sizes and regular waitlists, these policies help ensure more people get the chance to attend and our community keeps moving together.

Late Cancellation Fees (within 12 hours of class)

  • Single Class, Class Packs, or Monthly Membership (non-unlimited): You’ll lose the class credit used to book.

  • Unlimited Core Membership: You’ll be charged £11.

  • Unlimited Premium Membership (Studio Classes): You’ll be charged £20.

No-Show Policy.

Why We Charge Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees

If you’re unable to make it to class, please cancel. Even if it’s last-minute. You can cancel via your account, or give us a call. If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, a no-show fee applies.

Please also remember to sign in at reception when you arrive otherwise you may be marked absent and charged in error.

No-Show Fees

  • Single Class, Class Packs, or Monthly Membership (non-unlimited): You’ll lose the class credit and be charged a £5 no-show fee.

  • Unlimited Core Membership: You’ll be charged £16 (instead of the late cancellation fee).

  • Unlimited Premium Membership (Studio Classes):
You’ll be charged £25 (instead of the late cancellation fee).

We know that fees aren't ideal. But we've introduced these policies for good reason. Here's a little more context around why they exist and how they help keep things running smoothly.

What’s the purpose of these fees?

There are three main reasons:

  • Encouraging attendance

No-show fees exist to discourage people from simply not turning up, especially when the class has been booked on an unlimited pass and feels easy to skip. Cancelled spaces can be offered to someone else, but an empty reformer bench helps no one. These fees are a small way to keep things running fairly for everyone.

  • Supporting fairness and flow
Our class sizes are intentionally small so you can get more attention and feel more supported. That also means each space is valuable, one unattended space can mean someone else misses out. Timely cancellations keep things moving smoothly for both clients and teachers.

  • Recovering a portion of lost revenue
When someone doesn’t show up — especially on lower-cost memberships or intro offers — we lose the opportunity to refill that space. A small fee helps balance that out, without penalising anyone unfairly.

Isn’t losing the class credit enough of a penalty?

Sometimes, yes. But if someone is on a membership or pack where the class cost is already low, they may be less likely to cancel properly. The fee is there to encourage more mindful booking behaviour and keep things fair for everyone.

What if I made a genuine mistake?

We get it, life happens. That’s why we don’t charge fees right away. If you receive a no-show email and there’s been a genuine mistake, just let us know. We always review these and will happily make adjustments if needed.

Do you send reminders before class?

Yes. You’ll receive automatic reminders by email and through the app before your class to help you manage your bookings.

When are the fees charged?

No-show fees are reviewed and applied at the end of each month. This gives you time to get in touch if something needs correcting.

Why are your fees lower than other studios?

Because they’re not there to generate profit. They are there to support better studio flow and accountability. Other studios and platforms often charge £12 to £20 on top of the lost credit. We’ve chosen to keep our fees low to act as a gentle deterrent, not a punishment.
