We do our best to keep things flowing and that includes making it as easy and fair as possible to get into class.
If a class is full, you might see the option to Join Waitlist.

You can add yourself via the Pause app or our website.
You won’t be charged unless you’re confirmed into the class.

How the Waitlist Works
Before the cut-off (up to 1 hour before class starts):

• If a space opens up, the system will automatically try to book the first person on the waitlist into the class.

• If you’re successfully added to class, you’ll receive a confirmation by email and SMS, and the class will appear in your account. Make sure you’re opted in to SMS alerts.

• You can check your waitlist position at any time by logging in.

  
  

  After the cut-off (within 1 hour of class):
  

• The system stops automatic bookings at this point.

• If a space opens up, everyone still on the waitlist will receive a real-time SMS.

• The first person to reply and accept the spot via SMS will be booked into the class.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation if you get in.
  

  A Few Things to Know

• If you no longer wish to be on the waitlist, please remove yourself via your account before the 1-hour cut-off to avoid receiving late SMS alerts.

• Once you’re bumped up from the waitlist — whether automatically or by responding to an SMS — our usual late cancellation and no-show policy applies.
