Our Classes

L1: Tower Pilates
This class is for experienced Pilates enthusiasts and teachers who are at an advanced level. In this class we explore the advanced repertoire on both the Reformer and Tower.
This class is not suitable during pregnancy.
L2: Tower Pilates
Take your Tower Pilates practice deeper with more challenging sequences and advanced variations. This class builds on your existing Tower knowledge, incorporating dynamic exercises that will challenge your stability, strength, and control.

4 Week Beginners Reformer & Tower Pilates Course
This course aims to set you up to feel confident to attend one of our level 1 or level 2 Tower Pilates classes. It’s prefect for those who have never tried Reformer or Tower Pilates before and those who have, but would like a refresh on some of the basic principles.
Over the four weeks we’ll go through most of the essential Reformer and Tower Pilates repertoire so you become familiar with it, plus we’ll also go through some basic safety and practical principles so that you can use the Reformer and Tower confidently in any class.
