To mark one year of moving into our new home, we’re opening up the studio for an afternoon of FREE classes, treatments, bubbles, prizes and cake!
If you’ve never been to the studio before, it’s the perfect opportunity to come and look around, meet the team and try one of our classes. If you’ve been coming to Pause for a while, then join us for a class and a glass of bubbles after.
We’ll have a full programme of FREE classes throughout the afternoon with limited space for pre booking, otherwise you can just sign up on the day.

We have a full schedule of 30 minute taster classes throughout the afternoon, plus some slots where you can take a tour of the studio spaces.
Only 50% of spots are available to book online with the option to book yourself onto the waitlist for your class of choice too! So book in advance, and just pop along at the beginning of the day and put your name down for a class.

We will be releasing big discounts on the day for our Monthly Recurring Memberships and Class Packs. You’ll get a bigger discount with us if you purchase in person on the day, but there will also be online discounts too.
