Price Changes at Pause
Over the past year, we’ve continued to grow and evolve Pause — refining our classes, expanding the timetable and investing in the overall studio experience. From 30th December, a few prices and product names will be updating to reflect these changes.
We know price changes aren’t anyone’s favourite news, so we’ve kept everything as simple, transparent and clear as possible, with plenty of options to suit different budgets, routines and ways of moving.
Key Changes
“Core” memberships & packs become → “mat studio” memberships & packs.
“Premium” monthly memberships & class packs become → “reformer studio” memberships & packs with access to reformer & tower classes only.
Mat studio memberships and packs are increasing slightly in price - full details can be found below.
Bolt ons → allow class pack and membership holders to access the other studio at a heavily discounted rate. Details below.
Class pack expirations are changing slightly. Details below.
Premium unlimited memberships become → “Pause All Access Memberships”
Priority booking: members can book 3 weeks ahead; class pack and PAYG users can book 2 weeks ahead
Mat Studio Monthly Memberships (Recurring)
What’s changing from 30th December 2025:
5-Class Mat Monthly
Old price: £60 (≈ £12 per class)
New price: £65 (≈ £13 per class)
8-Class Mat Monthly
Old price: £92 (≈ £11.50 per class)
New price: £99 (≈ £12.37 per class)
10-Class Monthly
Old price: £110 (≈ £11 per class)
New price: £120 (≈ £12 per class)
If you’re already on a Core / Mat Studio membership:
Your price stays the same until your current 4 month period renews. There’s nothing you need to do – we’ll handle this automatically.
Mat Studio Unlimited Memberships
Our Mat Studio Unlimited options are not increasing in price – they stay at their current rates.
What’s changing?
You now get priority booking – 3 weeks ahead.
You’e now eligibile for discounted Reformer bolt-ons if you’d like to mix in Reformer classes.
Mat Studio Class Packs (PAYG + single sessions)
What’s changing:
5-Pack Mat
Old: £72 (≈ £14.40 per class)
New: £79 (≈ £15.80 per class)
10-Pack Mat
Old: £125 (≈ £12.50 per class)
New: £140 (≈ £14 per class)
Single Mat Session
Old: £16
New: £18
Pack Expiration Updates
Please note the below changes to expiration dates on class packs:
Expire after 2 months – 5-class packs (Mat & Reformer)
Expire after 4 months – 10-class packs (Mat & Reformer)
Expire after 6 months – 20-class packs (Reformer only)
Your current pack will keep its existing expiry date. These new timeframes apply to packs bought from 30th December 2025 onwards.
Pause All Access – our new all-studios membership
Our Unlimited Premium membership is now called Pause All Access.
This is our top-tier membership and the only one that gives you:
Full, unlimited access to all class types
(Mat, Reformer, Tower, Hot, Yoga, Pilates and more)
Access to all Pause studios
Priority booking – 3 weeks ahead
If you’ve been coming to mat and reformer classes regularly, this may be the best-value option for you.
Premium Memberships & Packs Now Reformer-Only
From 30th January 2025, Premium memberships and Premium class packs will become Reformer-only.
You can get access to our mat studio via heavily discounted bolt ons.
Bolt-Ons Explained
Bolt-ons let you add classes in the other studio at a cheaper rate than drop-ins.
If you’re mainly a Mat client:
If you have a Mat Studio Membership (monthly or unlimited) → you can purchase a Reformer Class Bolt on for £18 per class
If you have a Mat Studio Class Pack → you can purchase a Reformer Class Bolt on for £20 per class
If you’re mainly a Reformer client:
If you have a Reformer Membership (monthly or unlimited) → you can purchase a Mat Class Bolt on for £14 per class
If you have a Reformer Class Pack→ you can purchase a Mat Class Bolt on for £16 per class

If you have any membership (Mat or Reformer):
You can book 3 weeks ahead.
If you use class packs or PAYG:
You can book 2 weeks ahead.
