What to Know Before Class
What should I bring?
A water bottle, and if you’re joining a hot class, a grip-towel for your mat. We now offer grip-towels for hire (£1.50) at reception (these are soft, absorbent towels with a grippy texture that stops you slipping in sweaty classes).
What should I wear?
Clothes you can get hot and sweaty in! That said, clothing has to stay on throughout all classes (tops included), so wear lightweight, breathable activewear that allows you to move comfortably.
Are there showers?
We don’t have showers, but we do have changing areas, lockers and everything you need to freshen up before or after class.
How hot will it get?
It gets up to 36°C – body-temperature heat. Warm enough to make you glisten, not gasp. Our gentle infrared panels heat you and not the room, which helps muscles move more freely, boost circulation and eases your muscle-recovery. Leave with that signature post-class glow.
Who can join?
All levels are welcome! Teachers will guide modifications and support throughout every class.
I’m pregnant, can I attend?
Hot classes are not suitable for pregnancy at any stage.
