You’ll begin with a grounding meditation to drop in, moving into connection exercises and breathing tools to use in everyday life. Then you’ll transition into a conscious connected breathwork practice — a simple but potent breathing technique that helps unlock tension, release emotional blocks, access expanded states of awareness and support mental clarity.
Afterwards, you’ll integrate with sound healing and the option to share your experience or simply listen in a closing circle.
