This workshop is for yogis, sports enthusiasts, and anyone wanting to move better, feel stronger, and build real mobility for everyday life. If you’re flexible but lack strength, strong but feel tight, or stuck hitting plateaus in your practice — this session is for you.
Through a blend of gymnastics-inspired strength training and long, targeted stretching, you’ll learn how to build usable range of motion that supports your body safely and sustainably.
You’ll learn how to:
• Unlock bigger poses — like wheels and splits — by working with both strength and release
• Identify your personal mobility blocks and work with your individual strengths and limitations
• Create a simple mobility plan tailored to your body, lifestyle and movement goals
This session is designed to give you practical tools for lifelong movement — helping you build a body that feels strong, flexible and resilient in every practice, sport or daily activity.
