Power Yoga: Upside Down

Turn your world upside down with Jules and Giulia. This dynamic workshop is designed for experienced yogis who are ready to explore the empowering, playful world of inversions.

We’ll begin with a short, fiery vinyasa flow to warm the body and connect with the breath. From there, we’ll move into targeted strength and mobility work - building the stability, control, and openness needed for going upside down safely and confidently.

The heart of the workshop is partner work and playtime, where Jules and Giulia will offer individual assists, adjustments, and guidance. Together, we’ll break down postures such as crow variations, flying lizard, headstands, forearm stands, and handstands - meeting you exactly where you are in your individual inversion journey.

You must be an experienced yoga practitioner, but no matter your starting point, there’s an inversion waiting for you.

Expect to sweat, play, fall, fly, and belly laugh at yourself - before easing into a calming cool-down and a deeply deserved savasana.
