4 Week Beginners Reformer Pilates Course

  • Sunday 8th March, 2:30-3:30pm

New to equipment Pilates? This four-week course is the perfect place to begin. Held at Pause, South Woodford, it’s designed to help you build confidence, connection and control before joining our Level 1 classes. You’ll get to know the Reformer, learn how the springs, straps and settings work, and move through beginner-friendly exercises that support posture, coordination and core strength. With just 9 people per session, there’s space to ask questions, go at your pace, and feel supported as you start your Pilates journey. You’ll leave feeling confident, capable and ready to join our L1 Reformer classes.
