Friday Night Yin

Close the week with calm. Led by Kim Gichinga, this twice-monthly 75-minute Yin Yoga class invites you to soften into stillness with long, supported stretches and deep rest. Yin helps release both physical and emotional tension using props, breath and gentle holds to leave you feeling more grounded in body and mind.
