Yoga for Runners

This workshop supports your running journey whether you’re lacing up for the first time this year or gearing up for your next marathon.

We’ll flow through a yoga sequence with targeted postures that build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall running form, before easing into a restorative yoga to release tension from the muscles and joints that work hardest while we run.

You’ll leave with practical knowledge of both active and passive stretches tailored for runners, along with simple, effective warm-up and cool-down techniques you can take into every run.
